1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and waja44 ("waja44", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the waja44 website located at waja44.net and all associated gaming services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the waja44 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an account or use any waja44 service.

waja44 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the waja44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. waja44 strictly prohibits access to real-money gaming services by persons under 21 years old. Age verification documents will be required prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by waja44 or any other gaming operator with which waja44 shares exclusion data.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of waja44, or a close family member of any such person, unless express written permission has been granted by waja44 management.

waja44 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) waja44 account only. The existence of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or any other identifying factor — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify waja44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

waja44 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your waja44 account, whether or not authorised by you.

Account registration is subject to verification. waja44 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the waja44 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability and applicable limits at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your waja44 MYR wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. waja44 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, where technically feasible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the withdrawal section of your waja44 account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Any active bonus balance is subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of the bonus or any associated winnings is permitted.
• waja44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing for up to seven (7) business days where such checks are required.

waja44 reserves the right to void transactions and reverse deposits where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, system error, or violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

waja44 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Promotional bonuses are credited to your waja44 account in MYR and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Standard wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game categories, and expiry periods will be communicated in the specific promotion terms at the time of offer.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Where duplicate bonus claims are identified, waja44 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse of Promotions, including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk betting strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• waja44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the waja44 Platform — including live casino, slots, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game rules as presented within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

waja44 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all non-live electronic games. RNG systems are independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories as required by our international gaming authority licence.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrect display of odds, a software malfunction, or incorrect payout — waja44 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's waja44 MYR wallet. waja44 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

waja44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel any bet or game round where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or manipulation.

7. Responsible Gaming

waja44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools accessible from within every registered account to assist players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly MYR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set an active session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your waja44 account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. Once activated, the cooling-off period cannot be reversed until it expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the waja44 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period specified and waja44 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the waja44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the property of waja44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the waja44 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any waja44 content without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the waja44 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one waja44 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the waja44 Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing waja44 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waja44 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the waja44 Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or gaming opportunity.

waja44's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their waja44 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

waja44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your own devices.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

waja44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• waja44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• A Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• A Player is identified as being under 21 years of age.
• Compliance with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or a court order necessitates such action.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, waja44 may, at its discretion, forfeit any bonus balance and associated winnings. Genuine account balances not associated with breach activity will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding due diligence.

12. Amendments to These Terms

waja44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email to the address registered on your waja44 account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the waja44 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which waja44 holds its international gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the waja44 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through waja44's internal customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent waja44 from seeking injunctive or emergency relief in any jurisdiction.
